摘  要
随着经济的全球化，我国农业面临着竞争程度更为激烈、经营风险更大的外部环境，国外优质低价的农产品依托规模庞大、拥有先进管理模式的跨国企业大举进入国内市场，这对我国现有的农产品流通领域提出了更高的要求。而我国是一个农业大国，农产品供应链在国民经济中具有举足轻重的地位，农产品供应链涉及到整个国民经济的运行效率与运行质量，涉及到农业现代化，涉及到农民的根本利益，在中国，离开了农产品的物流，就不可能有真正的物流。寿光作为全国最大的蔬菜集散地，其产品供应链的建设对我国蔬菜产品的发展具有重要意义。本文通过大量调查研究,在了解寿光蔬菜供应链管理发展的基础上，针对寿光蔬菜产品供应链管理中存在的问题及对策进行研究。
