摘 要
本课题主要是完成PLC控制系统的智能压力容器气密性测试装置设计。本文首先对课题的背景和当前压力容器的现状进行了简单的描述,紧接着提出了自己的设计方案。然后对自己的方案进行了一系列介绍,先从总体设计介绍开始,并给出了相关的设计框图,随后对部分关键的器件进行了具体描述;在软件方面介绍了下位机中部分关键的程序,并体现了对问题解决的依据及思路;上位机部分,对上位机的组态及程序控制等做了简单介绍。最后,在设计完成后对其做了简单的调试及分析,结果证明软件系统设计和硬件系统设计基本合理,能够完成所预期的目的和所要求的功能。

BASED ON PLC CONTROL SYSTEM OF INTELLLIGENT PRESURE VESSELTIGHTNESS TEST DEVICE
ABSTRACT
The topic mainly completes PLC control system for intelligent pressure tightness test equipment pressure vessel design. This article firstly brief descriptions the background of the subject and status of the current pressure vessel, then presents my own program. Then a series of descriptions about the subject are introduced, first starts with the whole design, and gives the relevant design diagram, and specifically introduces some of the key devices; In terms of software describes some of the key program about lower computer, and represents the thinking and basis for solving problems; About the PC, gives a brief introduction about Configuration and process control of the host computer. Finally, I do a simple debugging and analysis after the topic completed, the results prove that the software system design and hardware system design is reasonable, and the purpose and the required functions can be completed.
