摘  要

本设计的主要任务有两个,既朱集矿主井的冻结壁和井壁结构设计。设计内容一共分为四章,分别为:第一章主要介绍国内外冻结壁和井壁结构设计的发展历程,包括:设计理念的形成、实践,在我国的的引进发展,和对更深层次设计思想的探索等。第二章主要介绍朱集矿的工程概况,水文地质概况,和主井的主要技术参数,为而后的设计提供必要的数据储备。第三章是主井的冻结壁设计,主要包括:冻结壁厚度的计算,冻结壁平均温度的计算。冻结壁厚度的计算,主要是从表土段土层中选出三段控制其厚度的土层,然后采用多姆克第三、第四强度理论和经验公式计算结果的平均值,来比较得到。冻结壁平均温度的计算,主要是利用体平均温度的计算方法,由于体平均温度计算公式是适用在单排管冻结下的,而实际主井的冻结方案是三排管的差异冻结,因此最后的计算平均温度与实际设计平均温度有出入。第四章是主井的井壁结构设计。主要设计理念是采用双层复合井壁,内层井壁按承受水压力计算,外层井壁按承受冻结压力计算,全井筒按水土压力校核。确定井壁厚度,主要是根据井筒地质柱状图,把表土段土层分成三层,每一层又按内外层井壁各自承受的力分别计算出相应的井壁厚度。然后是井壁的稳定性、强度验算以及配筋计算等,主要计算内容有:井壁环向稳定性的验算,内外层井壁环向配筋的计算和按吊挂力计算的外层井壁的抗裂验算和竖向抗拉钢筋的配筋计算。
