摘 要
在目前激烈的市场竞争中,产品投入市场的迟早往往是成败的关键。用模具生产所表现出来的高精度、高复杂程度、高一致性、高生产率和低消耗,是其他加工方法所不能比拟的。因此客户对模具开发周期要求越来越短,不少客户把模具的交货期放在第一位置,然后才是质量和价格。因此,如何在保证质量、控制成本的前提下加工模具是值得认真考虑的问题。模具加工工艺是一项先进的制造工艺,已成为重要发展方向,在航空航天、汽车、机械等各行业得到越来越广泛的应用。模具加工技术,可以提高制造业的综合效益和竞争力。研究和建立模具工艺数据库,为生产企业提供迫切需要的高速切削加工数据,对推广高速切削加工技术具有非常重要的意义。
本次毕业设计就是在SolidWorks软件平台上对电动机定子铁芯冲槽模具设计及动画演示。在设计过程中,通过了解和掌握冲压模具的材料及定子铁芯冲槽模具设计的有关知识,主要完成了模具的工作零件、定位零件、导向零件和装配体的设计,并利用SolidWorks软件进行三维造型及工作过程的动画设计。
本冲压模具采用的是冷冲压,冷冲压是一种先进的金属加工方法,与其它加工方法比较,有很多优点。在压床简单冲压下,能得到形状复杂的零件;制得的零件一般不需进一步加工,可直接用来装配,而且有—定精度,具有互换性;在耗料不大的情况下,能得到强度高、足够刚性而重量轻、外表光滑美观的零件;材料利用率高,生产率高,便于实现机械化和自动化;操作方便,要求的工人技术等级不高,便于组织生产;在大量生产的条件下,产品的成本低。冷冲压模具也有缺点,缺点是模具要求高、制造复杂、周期长、制造费昂贵,因而在小批量生产中受到限制。另外,冲压件的精度决定于模具精度。如零件的精度要求过高、用冷冲压生产就难以达到。

Abstract
In the current fierce competition in the market, the product to market sooner or later, is often the key to success. Shown with the mold high-precision, high complexity, high consistency, high productivity and low consumption, other processing methods can not match. Therefore, customers increasingly demanding shorter development cycle mold, many customers come first delivery set the mold, then is the quality and price. Therefore, how to ensure quality, cost control, under the premise processing mold is worthy of serious consideration. The graduation project is in the SolidWorks software platform of the motor stator core slot punch die design and animation. In the design process, stamping dies by understanding and mastering the material and the stator core slot punch die design knowledge, the main working parts to complete the mold, positioning parts, steering parts and assembly design, and using SolidWorks software for three-dimensional Work process modeling and animation design.
The stamping die is used in cold stamping, cold stamping is an advanced metal processing methods, compared with other processing methods, has many advantages. In simple stamping presses, the parts of complex shape can be; parts generally obtained without further processing, can be directly used for assembly, but also - given precision, with interchangeability; in feed consumption is not the case, Can get high strength, sufficient rigidity and light weight, smooth and beautiful appearance of the parts; materials, high efficiency, high productivity, ease of mechanization and automation; easy to operate, requires low technical level of workers, facilitate organization of production; in the mass production Conditions, products, and low cost.
