摘 要
本课题是设计一个家用液压电梯。主要思路是采用液压动力驱动,结构采用二级背篓形式。活塞缸顶部是一个定滑轮结构,活塞缸顶起定滑轮带动钢丝绳,通过二级滑轮组实现受力和位移比例关系,从而实现利用较少的空间提升重物。完成背篓式家庭液压电梯设计总体结构设计,即完成包括总体装配设计、主要部件设计计算、非标零件设计;升降系统总体的受力分析及校核计算等。
针对以上功能提出液压电梯结构,设计其结构特点和工作原理,并对其零部件进行参数计算和标准化。液压传动系统可靠,电梯运行平稳、舒适、安静。除此之外还具有独特的优越性和适用性:机房位置设置灵活、安全可靠性高、承载范围广泛,适应能力强、节省空间、降低成本、结构简洁、故障率低、易于日常维护保养。
本设计是为低层建筑设计的室内小型液压电梯,要求使用方便,有利老年人、残障人上下楼。

Abstract
This subject was designed as a household hydraulic elevator. Main idea was created by hydraulic system. Structure was adopt two-level basket form. piston-cylinder is a fixed pulley at the top of the structure,the piston-cylinder drive pulley set from the top rope to raise heavy objects. Through the two-level belts and pulleys to make the power and distance expand. So that use less space to rise heavy substance. Complete including general assembly design, main components design calculation, non-standard parts design; The lifting system overall analysis of stress and check calculation.
Hydraulic lift for the proposed structure of the above features,design features and working principle of their structure and parameters of its components calculated and standardized. Hydraulic lift has the reliable hydraulic drive system,the quiet and smooth. Compared with traction type lift hydraulic lift has the following outstanding advantage:the flexible setting of the machine room position;the highest safe and reliable properties;the wide bearing range and the stronger adaptability;it saves the space,reduces energy consumption and cuts down the cost;hydraulic lift is of the concise structure,low trouble rate. It is easy for the daily maintenance.
This hydraulic elevator is designed for low-rise buildings of indoor small,it demand easy to use,and it can helps old people and some disable people to move.
