基于PWM整流的开关电源研究

摘 要

随着开关电源技术在计算机、电器等设备中的广泛应用,开关电源技术逐渐走向成熟。但开关电源多采用在二极管整流桥后加功率因数校正电路,它改变了二极管整流桥功率因数低的缺陷。同时在二极管整流桥前用简单滤波电路抑制谐波造成谐波抑制不彻底。
本文提出的基于PWM整流开关电源可以满足开关电源对谐波抑制和高功率因数的要求,解决开关电源的整体功率因数低和网侧输入电流不连续等难题。
本文首先分析开关电源的斩波电路的工作原理,其后分析PWM 整流工作原理。通过对比瞬态电流控制、预测电流控制两种电流控制策略阐述PWM整流器的电流控制技术。从理论上验证PWM整流在抑制谐波和提高功率因数方面的可行性。文章采用单位功率因数PWM整流器和斩波电路组成开关电源主体,建立以PWM整流电路为输入电路的开关电源。
本文基于Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,分别建立二极管整流电路和单位功率因数可控整流器电路的仿真模型。通过对网侧输入电流和整流输出电流的仿真结果的对比,分析得出PWM整流器电路在抑制谐波和提高功率因数方面优于传统的二极管整流电路。从而验证基于PWM整流器的开关电源有抑制谐波和提高功率因数方面的优越性。

ABSTRACT
With the widely use of the technology of switch power in computer and electronic appliance,the technology of switch power become more and more practical.But the switch power often used rectifier bridge of the diode to correct the circuit with power factor.It has changed the shortcomings of the low power factor of the diode rectifier bridge.And at the same time,before the process of diode rectifier bridge,a simple filter circuit is used to prevent the harmonic wave.This result in the incompletement of the prevention.
In this thesis,a new kind of switch power which is based on the PWM rectifier will be introduced.It can meet needs of preventing the harmonic wave and expecting high power factor.It can also solve the problem of low level in the whole power and discontinuousness in the input corrent by network side.
At firsh,in this thesis the working principles of the chooper in the switch power will be analysised.Then,the working principles of the PWM will be summarized.By the comparison between the cantrol of the transient current and the expectation of the cantrol of current,the technology of the current control of PWM.there will be a test on the feasibility of the PWM in preventing harmonic wave and increasing the power factor.In this thesis,the PWM rectifier power body consited of unity power factor and chopper will be opplied to creat q switch power based on the PWM rectifier.
This thesis based on the simulation platform of Matlab/Simulink,to set up simulation models of diode rectifier circuit and unity power factor.By the comparison between the simulation result of network side input current and rectifier output curent,we draw the conclusion that PWM is superior to the troditional diode rectifier power in preventing the harmonic wave and increasing the power factor.Thefore,the superiority of the PWM switch power in preventing harmonic wave and increasing power factor is testified.
