摘  要

金山店铁矿的主要采矿方法为无底柱分段崩落法,该采矿方法的特点以崩落围岩进行地压管理。随着科学技术的进步,充填法已成为高效采矿方法之一,并且具有安全、回采率高、对地表生态环境破坏较小等一系列不可替代的优点。加上充填采矿法的许多复杂的工艺实现了机械化和自动化,运用起来变得日益简单。充填采矿法将成为地下矿床开采中一种最主要的采矿方法。本文主要通过介绍崩落采矿法和充填采矿法,并结合国内相关研究单位对金山店铁矿地下开采条件的科研成果,完成金山店铁矿崩落法与充填法对比分析。主要是根据金山店的矿体条件与两大类采矿方法的适用条件来进行对比分析,得出金山店铁矿的主要采矿方法还是应该以无底柱分段崩落法为主要采矿方法,便于从技术和生产上进行管理。但是应该根据某些矿体赋存条件采用合适的采矿方法,如采用充填采矿法来合理生产。

Abstract

     The major mining method of Jinshandian iron ore is the non-pillar sublevel caving, this mining methods' characteristic comes down the adjacent formation to carry on the geostatic pressure management. With the progress in science and technology has become a highly efficient method of filling one of the methods of mining, and has safe, high recovery rate of surface damage to the ecological environment, such as a series of small advantages can not be replaced. Filling mining method combined with the many complex processes in the mechanization and automation, it has become increasingly simple to use. Filling mining method will be the exploitation of underground deposits of a major method of mining. In this paper, by introducing and filling Caving mining method, combined with research units of domestic iron ore Jinshandian underground mining conditions of scientific research, the completion of caving Jinshandian iron comparative analysis with the filling method. Mainly based on the ore body Jinshandian two major categories of conditions and the application of mining methods to a comparative analysis of conditions, drawn Jinshandian iron ore is the main mining method should be based on non-pillar sublevel caving mining method primarily for from technology and production management. However, it should be in accordance with the conditions of occurrence of certain ore mining to use the appropriate methods, such as filling mining method used to produce reasonable.
