摘 要
随着社会的发展,我国企业得到了前所未有的发展机遇,但同时也面临着前所未有的挑战。特别是在人事配置市场化程度日益提高的今天,企业员工管理方面的竞争是日趋激烈。然而,长期以来,我国企业在员工管理机制和管理水平都处于比较落后的地位,与员工在企业发展中所处的重要地位很不匹配。随着中国世界贸易组织和全球经济一体化进程加快,在知识经济迅猛发展的今天,人事管理在企业中的地位和作用日益增强,能否管理好企业的员工已成为企业在激烈的市场竞争中得以持续性发展的决定性因素。然而,面对激烈的人才竞争,相当多的企业在人事管理方面出现了对员工管理没有针对性、薪酬系统不合理、没有完善的考勤方案、没有完备的绩效管理制度、对员工流失率过高,导致企业经竞争出现劣势,经济发展下滑。
在企业内部的人事管理中,也存在相当大的工作量。要想企业良好的发展,必须还要对内部的人事进行精湛合理的管理,以提高员工的工作热情与工作效率,在有效的时间的内,为公司创造最到的效益,这是也是每一个企业选拔聘用人才的最终目的。所以企业自身需要对已选拔的人才进行合理配置管理,企业的人事覆盖了企业的所有的事务,因此企业需要对人事进行合理化的部门分化,用古语就是闻道有专攻,既有助于企业的管理,又能实现良好的分工。还需要规范每位员工的出勤情况,让每位员工养成良好的工作习惯,为企业尽职尽忠。企业在任用每位员工的同时,更重要的是要与员工之间的关系,良好的员工关系能给企业带来更大的价值,让员工对企业认同,有归属感,最直接的方法就是企业有雄厚的企业文化,重视每一位员工,做好员工福利,让员工对企业充满了感情恩情。
本人这次就在大学毕业设计中,就针对上述的言论利用SQL Server 2008和Visual Stadio 2010 技术设计开发了一款人事管理系统。以求规范起企业人事管理工作,提高企业管理,增强企业效益,让企业稳步进步发展。

Title:PersonnelManagement System Design and Implementation
Abstract:
As society develops, China's enterprises unprecedented opportunities for development, but also facing unprecedented challenges. Especially in personnel configure the degree of market increasing competition in the management of employees is becoming increasingly fierce. However, for a long time, China's enterprises in staff management mechanisms and management level in the backward position, far from matching with the staff in important position in the enterprise development. With the WTO and global economic integration process in the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, the status and personnel management in the enterprise is growing, can manage a good corporate employees has become a business in the fierce market competition to sustainable development,thedecisive factor. However, in the face of fierce competition for talent, a considerable number of enterprises in personnel management, targeted staff management and remuneration system unreasonable, there is noincentive program, there is no comprehensive performance manag system, high staff turnover , lead to a disadvantage by competition, the decline in economic development.
Internal personnel management, there is also a considerable amount of work. To enterprise a good development, but also to the internal personnel skills and management in order to enhance the enthusiasm and work efficiency of staff, within the effective time for the company to create the most benefits to every the ultimate goal of enterprise selection and hiring talent. Enterprises themselves need the selection of personnel for a reasonable allocation management, and corporate personnel covering all the affairs of the enterprise, companies need personnel rationalization of the sector differentiation, the old saying is Wen Dao specializes in, both to help companies management, but also to achieve a good division. Also need to regulate thr attendance of each employee,so that each employee to develop good work habits, and loyal corporate due diligence.In the appointment of each employee at the same time, more important is the relationship with employees, good employee relations can provide a greater value to employees of corporate identity, a sense
of belonging ,the most direct way is great importance to every employee,good employee
benefits, staff of the enterprise is full of feelings of kidness.
This time I graduated from university design, the above remarks with SQL Server 2008 and Visual Stadio 2010 technical design and development of a personnel management system. In order to specification from the enterprise personnel management, improve enterprise management, and enhance enterprise efficiency, and allow enterprises to steadily progress and development.
