液压系统由于其独特的优点,即具有广泛的工艺适应性、优良的控制性能和较低廉的成本,在各个领域获得愈来愈广泛的应用。其性能好坏直接影祥和决定整机的性能和品质。它可以作为行走系统的桥梁、也可作为工作机构的动力传动纽带、亦可作为控制系统的网络。本文设计了一个用于特殊扣油套管生产线的液压系统。该系统的设计主要有系统原理设计、元件选型、油箱设计以及实现该系统功能的电气控制即电磁铁与油缸的动作关系。本系统采用回油路节流调速,其优点是给予背压,以抗拒负的负载产生,防止突进,实现动作比较平稳。本系统还采用了液压锁对油缸进行短时间的保压。最后本文还合理的设计了油箱的冷却系统。

ABSTRACT
Hydraulic System has its unique advantages, such as technology has broad adaptability, excellent control performance and lower costs, so it gets increasingly widespread application in various fields .Its performance will directly impact and determining the overall performance and quality. It can serve as a bridge between systems running, also as a transmission link of work agencies , but also as the net work of the control system. This paper describes the design of a hydraulic system which use in special deduction for tubing production line. The system design is the main tenets of principle design, component selection, tank design and the electrical functions of the system that controlled the movement relation between electromagnet and fuel tank. The system uses a choke throttle control, the advantage is given back pressure to resist the load generated negatively and prevent onrush. Action to achieve is relatively stable. The system also uses a hydraulic lock for a short time packing on the cylinder. Finally, the article also designs of the fuel tank cooling system rationally.
