[论文摘要]现在的经济发展迅速，信息瞬时变化大，Internet的广泛作用使得所有行业都期望能够尽快掌握最新的资讯。企业和个人都期望可以方便随时地处理自己的业务。无线通信已经准备步入3G时代，而无线LAN更是比无线WAN更易实现，技术瓶颈少，带来的效益快。本文主要对无线局域网现状作介绍，对实现技术作简要分析以及网络安全问题的解决方法。

[Abstract]Nowadays the economy develops at a high speed and information changes instantly. The widely use of Internet makes it possible for enterprises to get the newly information promptly. Enterprises and individual are desired to handle their own business. Wireless communication of 3G era is stepping nearer. In addition, it is easier to put wireless LAN into practice than wireless WAN, due to its clipping benefits and lack of bottleneck of technology. This text mainly introduce the status in quo of wireless local area network, giving a briefly analysis of the technology in carrying out WLAN and listing some solutions to network security.
