摘 要
船用柴油机作为船舶的“心脏”,是船舶不可缺少的动力装置。然而,长期以来,船用柴油机的制造却一直滞后于整个造船流程,已成为我国乃至世界造船业发展的瓶颈。虽然企业都相应地引进了CAD/CAPP/CAM技术,但是CAD、CAPP、CAM三者之间缺少相互协作与相互支持,信息的传递大多数还是停留在人工传递上,信息之间也没有统一的数据格式,相互之间访问受到限制,导致生产效率低下,重复劳动多,浪费了大量的资源,严重阻碍了船用柴油机制造技术的发展。
本课题就是在对当今船用柴油机关键件制造过程中CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统相关问题进行分析的基础上,利用特征技术和知识工程的研究成果,解决困扰企业生产中遇到的实际问题。课题创新之处就在于研究了特征技术及知识工程技术在CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统中的拓展与应用,并建立一套适用于船用柴油机关键件的CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统,改进传统CAD、CAPP、CAM系统各自的不足,简化了船用柴油机关键件的数字化制造工作,使船用柴油机关键件的数字化制造水平上升到一个新的台阶,课题主要研究内容与成果如下:
(1) 根据企业的实际加工情况,构建船用柴油机关键件CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统平台。该平台可实现船用柴油机关键件特征信息提取、特征重构、特征工艺决策、加工操作创建、特征刀轨规划与优化、数控加工仿真、数控代码生成、后置处理器定制、企业制造信息管理等操作,并通过船用柴油机关键件的数控加工实例验证系统的实用性;
(2) 研究了在UG平台上,CAD、CAPP、CAM集成方法与集成技术,重点研究了基于加工特征的船用柴油机关键件CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统,并研究广义知识库的构建技术,实现上游工艺信息与下游加工信息的双向流动和信息的共享,从而提高数字化制造的效率与质量;
(3) 针对不同型号的船用柴油机关键件进行分析,总结出柴油机关键件的相似加工特征,以及相似的加工工艺、加工特征刀轨,通过对已有加工模板的拆分与重组,构建新的加工模板,以满足不同机型的加工需求,最大限度地降低企业在数字化集成制造过程中的重复性劳动;
(4) 为了实现CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统的知识驱动,针对CAD/CAPP/CAM集成领域经验知识的特点,研究了知识工程技术在CAD/CAPP/CAM集成中的应用,主要包括:CAD/CAPP/CAM集成领域的知识表示、知识获取和知识推理,使柴油机关键件的CAD/CAPP/CAM集成能够借助知识工程技术,实现数字化制造的智能化;
(5) 针对船用柴油机关键件和企业数控加工设备的特点,在基于加工特征的基础上,研究了船用柴油机关键件加工特征的刀具轨迹规划与优化方法。对船用柴油机关键件的加工特征进行了分类,总结了企业常用的刀轨形式;研究了加工特征的映射技术、加工特征的信息处理、刀轨的规划与优化,使生成的刀轨更加符合企业生产实际的需求。

Abstract
As the power equipment of the ship, marine diesel, which acts as the ‘heart’ of the ship, is the indispensable equipment in ship.However, the manufacturing of marine diesel has been lagging behind the whole shipbuilding process, and has became the bottle-neck of our country’s even world’s shipbuilding field in a long time. Although many companies have accordingly imported CAD/CAPP/CAM technology, which lack mutual co-ordination and mutual support. information are transferred by hand,and the formats of data are not unified, which are limited limited access to each other. that is not only a large waste of money and human resource, but also in low efficient, needing much of repeated working and making mistake easily.which has obviously prevented the development of marine diesel parts manufacturing.
Based on the analysis on the CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated system problems in the manufacturing process of marine diesel key components , this paper aims at solving the practical problems in enterprise by using the research results of feature technology and knowledge-based engineering. The innovation of this paper is to explore the application of feature technology and combined with KBE in CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated system ,and establish a CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated system which is appropriate for marine diesel key components. This system not only improves respective shortcoming of traditional CAD/CAPP/CAM system ,but also simplifies digital manufacturing work of marine diesel key components,which makes digital manufacturing level rise to a new step.Its main content and productions are as follows:
(1) Analyzing the enterprise practical situation, the study has constructed the CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated system platform. This system realizes series of operations such as feature information extraction,feature reconsitution, feature process inference,manufacturing operation creation, feature tool path, NC machining simulation, NC code generation,postprocessor customization,enterprise manufacture information management,and so on. And cases of CNC manufacturing for key components of marine diesel have been illustrated to validate the effectiveness of the system.
(2) CAD/CAPP/CAM integrated method and technology: Not only research the integrating method & integrating technology of CAD/CAPP/CAM on the UG platform,but also the construction technology of generalized knowledge base, which realizes the up information and the down information flow to each other, share the information together, in order to improve the efficiency and the quality of digital manufacturing.
