摘 要
近年来,中国造船业有很大的进步,但与日韩等造船强国相比,造船技术水平却有着明显的差距,主要体现在精度管理方面。精度管理水平的高低直接影响船舶的建造质量以及船厂的经济效益。因此,中国要想成为造船强国,跟上时代发展的步伐,就必须在船舶建造中推行精度管理体系,以此来保证船舶的建造质量,提高生产效率。
本文在广泛调研的基础上,根据一般管理体系的特点,建立了符合船体分道建造要求的精度管理体系;阐述了精度计划的内容;结合船体分道建造的特点,分析了不同制造级的精度控制程序,实现了全船的精度管理;采用数理统计的方法对精度控制阶段的反馈数据进行分析,建立了精度控制反馈数据库。主要研究内容与成果包括:
(1) 根据船体分道建造的特点,在阐述了管理体系的概念和组成的基础上,建立了符合船体分道建造要求的精度管理体系。
(2) 详细阐述了精度计划的内容、作用及编制要求,介绍了尺寸链理论,并罗列了系统补偿量的分配方式和理论计算公式;分析了加放补偿量流程和尺寸精度补偿的原则;最后归纳了船体建造的精度标准和对船体建造精度管理水平进行评价的原则。这些都是整个精度管理体系的基础。
(3) 结合船体分道建造的特点,从典型工艺流程、精度控制点、精度标准与检验三个方面出发,详细阐述了船体分道建造中零件加工和装配、部件装配、组件装配、分段装配、总段装配和船台(坞)合拢七个制造级的精度控制程序。
(4) 建立了船体分道建造反馈数据库,分析了数据库的基本结构和数据库主要的数据文件,对数据库的建立进行了相应的需求分析、概念设计分析,最后以一个分段为例,验证了该反馈数据库的可行性,为统计分析生产实际的加工数据指导后道工序提供了技术支持和保障。
论文的研究成果对国内一些船厂精度管理体系的建立有一定的指导意义,对提高船体建造质量,缩短建造周期有一定的积极意义。

Abstract
In recent years, Chinese shipbuilding industry has made great progress. However, compared with the shipbuilding powers such as Japan and South Korea, the gap is narrowing, and this gap is mainly reflected in the accuracy management. The level of accuracy management directly affects the quality of the construction of the ship, as well as the economic benefits of the shipyard. As a result, if Chinese shipbuilding industry want to become the first shipbuilding power in the world and keep up with the pace of development of the times, it is necessary to implement the accuracy management in the shipbuilding to ensure the quality of the construction of the ship and promote productivity.
Based on the analysis of the concept and composition of management system, this thesis established the accuracy management based on the hull process lane construction; elaborated the contents of accuracy plan in detail; combined with the features of hull process lane construction, elaborated the accuracy control processes in every stage of hull process lane construction ; established a database. The main contents and results of this thesis include:
1. According to the characters of hull process lane construction, this article first explained concept and composition of management system, and then builded an accuracy management system based on this theory.
2. Elaborated the contents, roles and demands of accuracy plan in detail first, this article introduced the theory of dimension chain, list the distribution of compensation, set up the theoretical formulas about compensatory value. Next this article analyzed the process of placing compensation and the principle of compensation for dimensional accuracy. At last, this article summarized accuracy standards for hull construction, eva luated the management of hull accuracy construction. All these are base of the accuracy management system.
3. Combined with the features of hull process lane construction, this article elaborated the accuracy control processes in every stage of hull process lane construction such as parts machining and assembly, parts assembly, component assembly, subassembly, general assembly in paragraph and berth close from typical process, accuracy control points and accuracy standards and testing three respects.
4. Established a database, analyzed the basic structure and the main data file of this database. Made demand analysis and concept design analysis for the establishment of this database. At last, this article showed the screens of information entry and processing, which provided technical support and security for the statistics and analyze of actual production data and instruct last procedure. The research results of this thesis have some guidance on the building of accuracy management system for some shipyards and have some positive significance on improving the quality of hull construction and shortening the construction cycle.
