[摘要]：随着社会的发展，综合考虑现代教学部门特别是大中院校的实际情况，学生成绩管理系统通常包括学生基本信息管理、学校所开设课程的管理和成绩的管理等。设计学生信息管理系统的目的就是利用计算机的快速查询和运算功能，替代管理人员对数据的手工处理。用计算机对学生的各种信息进行日常管理时，经常要进行数据的查询、修改、添加、删除、统计和打印等操作。进行数据库的设计和实施之前，往往需要在数据需求分析的基础上，设计出能够满足用户针对学生成绩管理需要的各种实体以及它们之间的关系，为数据库的逻辑结构设计和物理结构设计打下基础。数据库应用系统往往有多个文件组成。例如，数据库、表、表单、程序和报表文件等。为了更好的对其进行管理，通常先建立一个项目并打开项目管理器，然后对项目中的各种文件进行统一管理，极大的方便了应用程序的开发，可以使某些程序组件的设计、修改和运行变得方便易行。

Abstract：With the development of society , consider the actual conditions of the modern teaching department especially large and medium universities and colleges synthetically, student achievement administrative system include student basic information management, management and management of score of course,etc. that school offer usually. The purpose to design student's information management system is the fast inquiry of the use computer and operation function, substitute administrative staff's craft treatment of the data. Various kinds of information in student when going on everyday control with computer, often carry on the inquiry , modification of the data , add , delete , count and type etc. to operate. Carry on it before design and implementation of the database , often need on the basis of the thing that the demand of the data is analysed, is it can meet user manage various kinds of entity and relation of them of need to student achievement to design, lay the foundation for database logic structural design and physics structural design. The database uses the system to be often made up of a lot of files . For example, database , form , form , procedure and report file ,etc.. For better managing it , usually set up a project and open the project management device first , then various kinds of file in project go on in unison managing, a great one facilitate development of application program, can make some procedure design , modification of package and is it convenient and easy and competent to run
