海洋资源开发和利用成为世界的焦点,然而我国油气资源开发还很落后。如今,海洋工程已经被纳入十二五规划,努力发展海洋资源开发装备是推动海洋工程发展的必然途径。半潜式钻井平台是目前世界上最先进的一种海洋平台,它是深海资源开采的重要工具。海洋钻井监控系统是海上安全作业和高效率作业的保证。传统监控系统由于设备和系统的通讯问题,往往过于分散,只局限在某个设备或小的系统。随着科技的发展和钻井复杂度提高,迫切地需要大范围信息共享,实现钻井综合监控系统。
OLE (Object Linking and Embedding)提供了一套方法,将不同的应用软件、不同操作系统中的应用对象组合成一个强大新应用,可以使得一个应用程序正确地使用另一个程序的服务。OPC(OLE for Process Control)是基于COM技术的一种工业标准,引入了对象链接和嵌入技术,提供了统一的数据访问机制。应用程序可以以统一的方式去访问数据源,与数据源的存在形式无关,实现了底层设备与过程管理的信息交互,增加了软件透明性。
本文以半潜式钻井平台动力定位为对象,应用OPC技术实现半潜式海洋钻井平台动力定位综合监控系统。主要完成的工作有:
(1) 动力定位系统工作机理与设备参数分析研究。
(2) 异构网络信息系统集成问题研究。
(3) OPC技术应用研究。
(4) 半潜式钻井平台动力定位监控软件的设计与实现。
(5) 监控软件的功能测试。
基于OPC技术钻井平台动力定位监控系统对数据访问接口进行统一,使原来分散的设备和系统在统一的平台下监视和操作,实现了信息的集成和共享,保证了整个动力定位系统的安全性、可靠性和可维护性,在一定程度上提高了钻井平台的管理水平和自动化程度。

Abstract
Utilization and exploitation of marine resources become the world focus. However, exploitation of oil and gas resources in China is still lagging behind. Today, ocean engineering has been included in 12th Five-year Plan. Striving to develop the marine equipments is becoming the inevitable way to promote the ocean engineering. Semi-submersible drilling platform is one of most advanced offshore platforms in the world. It is an important tool of deep-sea resources exploitation. Offshore drilling monitoring system ensures security and efficiency of maritime operations. Because of equipment or system communication problems, traditional monitoring systems are often too scattered and confined in a small system or equipment. With the development of technology and increased complexity of drilling, it urgently needs a wide range of information sharing to realize integrated monitoring system of drilling.
OLE not only provides a method to combine objects in different applications and different operating system into a powerful new application but also makes a program use another program service correctly. OPC (OLE for Process Control) is an industry standard based on COM technology. It not only introduces the object linking and embedding technology, but also provides a uniform data access mechanism. Applications access the data source in a uniform way and have nothing to do with the existence forms. It achieves the information exchange between basic equipment and process managements. Furthermore, it also increases software transparency.
Taking dynamic positioning of semi-submersible drilling platform as object, the paper presents that application of OPC technology realizes integrated monitoring system of dynamic positioning in semi-submersible offshore drilling platform. The major work completed as follows:
(1)Analyze and study not only working mechanism of dynamic positioning system but also device parameters.
(2)Research information systems integration of heterogeneous network.
(3)Study application of OPC technology.
(4)Design and implement monitoring software of dynamic positioning in semi-submersible drilling platform.
(5)Test monitoring software function.
The monitoring system of dynamic positioning based on OPC technology unifies data access interfaces. Then, original distributed equipments and systems are monitored and operated on a unified platform to achieve the integration and sharing of information. So the safety, reliability and maintainability of dynamic positioning system are ensured. The automacity and management level of the drilling platform are improved to some extent.
