设计总说明
  
液压与气动技术近年来在我国工业中得到日益广泛的引用。 气动技术由于具有传动介质来源方便,结构简单、无污染以及易实现程序好自动控制等优点。液压传动以其体积小力量大,运动平稳、可频繁换向、宜实现过载保护等优点,使其在各厂的多种设备中有不同程度的应用。纵观液压与气动技术的应用,近年来都有大幅度的发展。但距我国工业发展的形势要求,与其他行业应用情况相比发展是慢的、属低水平的,还没有充分发挥液压与气动技术在自动控制方面所具有的独特优点。例如:大量的液压设备只是运用了液压增力的原理,而忽视了其可频繁换向、大范围无级调速、与电气、电子技术配合控制易实现自动化方面的特点。液压与气动元件是一种适应性强、通用性大的基础元件。它可跨行业地提供配件,所以如何选用元件是我们今后设计新设备、引进国外设备时应注意到的问题。要努力使所选用的元件标准化、系列化。因为这直接关系到日后的维修质量和工作效率,这个问题对于机械企业显得尤为重要。
社会需求永远是推动技术发展的动力,降低能耗,提高效率,适应环保需求,机电一体化,高可靠性等是液压气动技术继续努力的永恒目标,也是液压气动产品参与市场竞争是否取胜的关键。
由于气液增压技术广泛应用了高技术成果,如自动控制技术、计算机技术、微电子技术、摩擦磨损技术、可靠性技术及新工艺和新材料,使传统技术有了新的发展,也使气液增压系统和元件的质量、水平有一定的提高。尽管如此,走向二十一世纪的气液增压技术不可能有惊人的技术突破,应当主要靠现有技术的改进和扩展,不断扩大其应用领域以满足未来的要求。
研究一种以压缩空气作动力的数控铣床SY3513换刀缸,它由机械系统、检测系统、控制系统、以及能源供给系统四部分组成。机械系统由上盖、活塞、活塞杆、气-液连接盖、压杆、油缸体、连接座以及压固螺丝几个部分组成,并与数控铣床主轴用螺栓链接在一起,保持相对固定。检测系统由行程开关组成,在其动作后,给换向阀一个反馈信号,从而实现电磁换向阀的换向。控制系统包括PLC、软管、电磁换向阀等,电磁换向阀动作以及行程开关能够反馈信号都由PLC控制。能源供给由气源压缩完成。其工作原理:以压缩空气为动力源,利用增压气缸初、次级活塞面积大小的比例将压力提高几十倍,使低气压转换成高油压作用在液压缸的活塞上,瞬间产生强大的推力,实现机械装置的动作。
SY3513换刀缸是结合是气缸和油缸优点而改进设计的,液压油与压缩空气严格隔离,缸内的活塞杆动作速度快,运行稳定,缸体装置简单,出力调整容易,相同条件下可达到油压机之高出力,能耗低,软着陆不损零件,安装容易,所占用的空间小,故障少无温升之困扰,寿命长,噪声小,重量轻等核心特性。换刀缸使用一般气压即能达成油压缸之高出力,不需要液压单元。

Hydraulic and pneumatic technology obtains an increasingly wide range of references in recent years in our country industry.Pneumatic technology has the advantages of convenient sources of transmission media, the structure is simple, non-polluting and easy to implement procedures for the automatic control. Hydraulic transmission with its small size is strength, smooth movement, but frequent commutation, appropriate to achieve overload protection etc, the application of different levels of a variety of equipment in the plant. Throughout the application of hydraulic and pneumatic technologies, has a substantial development in recent years. But away from the situation of China's industrial development requirements, development is slow compared with other industries, is a low level, but also did not give full play to the unique advantages of hydraulic and pneumatic technology in automatic control. For example: a lot of hydraulic equipment just using the principle of the hydraulic force, while ignoring their frequent change to the stepless speed regulation of a wide range of electrical, electronic technology with the control easy to realize automation features. Hydraulic and pneumatic components are a kind of adaptability, versatility the basis of components. It can be cross-sectoral provision of parts, so the optional components should be mindful of our future design of new equipment, introduction of foreign equipment. Try to make the use of standardization and serialization of components. Because it is directly related to the future maintenance of the quality and efficiency, this issue is particularly important for machinery enterprises.
Needs of the community is always the driving force of technological development, reduce energy consumption, improve efficiency and meet environmental requirements, mechanical and electrical integration, high reliability is the eternal goal of hydraulic and pneumatic technology to continue its efforts, is hydraulic and pneumatic products to participate in the market competition is the key to victory.
Because the gas-liquid booster technology is widely used in high-tech achievements, such as automatic control technology, computer technology and microelectronics technology, friction and wear technology, reliability technology, and new technology and new material, make the traditional technology with new development, also contentious liquid pressurization system and the quality of the components, level was improved. Nevertheless, to the gas-liquid booster technology of the twenty-first century, there can be amazing technological breakthroughs should mainly rely on the improvement and expansion of existing technologies, expanding its application areas to meet future requirements.
This paper studys CNC milling machine SY3513 tool change-cylinder, which is powered by compressed air, and consists of four parts- mechanical system, detection system, control system, as well as energy supply system. The mechanical system includes cover, piston, piston rod, body, strut, the fuel tank body, solid screws, and links CNC milling machine spindles with screw bolts. The detection system consists of a trip switch, in its action, it provides the valve with a feedback signal in order to achieve electromagnetic valve commutation. The control system includes PLC, hoses, solenoid valve, electromagnetic valve action and travel switch can both feedback signal, which is controlled by PLC. Energy supply comes from the compressed air. Its operational principle is as the following: powered by the compressed air, and with the primary and secondary piston size ratio of supercharged cylinder, pressures can be increased by a few times, and low pressure can be converted into high pressure, which has an effect on the Hydraulic cylinder piston, generates powerful thrust instantly, and completes the action of mechanical device.
SY3513 tool change-cylinder is an improved design, which combines the advantages of cylinder and fuel tank. Hydraulic oil and compressed air are kept in strict isolation; the cylinder piston rod moves quickly, operates stably; and the cylinder device is simple, easy to adjust, provides large power, and consumes low energy, lands softly without compromising the parts, easy to install, occupies little space, less failure without temperature rise trouble, long life, low noise, light weight, and other core features, like hydraulic machine, under the same conditions. The tool change cylinder can reach higher power like a hydraulic cylinder with general pressure, not hydraulic unit.
