摘 要
目前我国船舶建造企业正面临着由传统造船模式向现代造船模式过渡的发展阶段。在客户需求日益个性化和多样化的环境下,为了实现以客户需求为导向的现代造船模式,这就要求造船企业必须快速满足不同客户的不同需求,使其成为一种敏捷组织,相应的供应链管理也要实现敏捷化,为现代造船实现有效的资源和信息管理。
运用复杂适应系统理论对造船供应链进行研究,有利于揭示其复杂适应性本质,能够很好地表示实体的主动性和能动性,能较好的描述实体间的交互作用,从而对相关决策提供有力的支持,能够帮助船舶生产企业对各种复杂现象取得更好理解以便加以控制,从而以一个崭新的视角指导对船舶生产敏捷供应链的构建与管理。
本文对复杂适应性系统(CAS)理论进行了阐述,分析了造船供应链的复杂性与适应性。运用复杂适应性系统理论的精髓——Agent理论,设计了造船敏捷供应链管理体系结构的原则,构造了基于多Agent的造船供应链管理的结构,并设计了在造船供应链中处于核心地位的造船厂的企业结构模型。在此基础上,运用Web Service技术,构架了造船供应链中各企业Agent的信息共享框架,提高了造船供应链中各节点企业的信息共享程度。结合复杂适应性系统(CAS)理论中的内容之一——“积木”机制,运用粒子群算法通过编程计算,解决了造船敏捷供应链多Agent的任务分配问题。根据造船敏捷供应链的特点,结合复杂适应性系统(CAS)理论中“流”的特性,提出了供应链适应性能力评价概念,建立了评估这一能力的一套指标体系,通过调研取得相关的指标数据,最后运用了综合模糊评价法对江苏省内一家大型造船企业的造船供应链适应性能力作出评价。

Abstract
Nowadays, most shipyards of our country are in a process of converting from conventional shipbuilding mode to modern shipbuilding mode. In the environment of the increasing personalized and diverse demand of customers, in order to achieve modern shipbuilding mode, which is customer-oriented. It requires shipping corporation to operate quickly to meet the different needs of customers, making it as an agile organization. Corresponding Supply Chain Management (SCM) has to get agile, making modern shipbuilding to achieve effective resource and information management.
Usage of complex adaptive system theory to study shipbuilding supply chain will help reveal the complex adaptive nature of the entity and can be a good initiative and dynamism that can describe the interaction between the entities, which provide a powerful decision-making on relevant support, to help enterprises of all kinds of vessels to obtain a better understanding of complex phenomena to be controlled, thus a new perspective to guide the ship production and the construction of agile supply chain management.
This paper described the theory of complex adaptive systems and analyzes the shipbuilding supply chain’s complexity and adaptability. Using the essence of complex adaptive systems theory - Agent theory, this paper designed the principle of the shipbuilding agile supply chain’s management structure, made the the structure of shipbuilding agile supply chain based on multi-Agent and constructed the structure model of shipyard which plays a key role in shipbuilding agile supply chain. On the basis above, using Web Service technology, the paper constructed the information sharing framework for all the enterprises in the shipbuilding supply chain, which promoted the information sharing level among the shipbuilding supply chain. Combining the “building block”mechanism, one point of the CAS theory, this paper resolved the task allocation problem of shipbuilding agile supply chain by using the PSO algorithm calculated by prgramming. According to the feature of the shipbuilding agile supply chain, combing the character of “flow” in the CAS theory, the paper put forward the conception of adaptive ability of supply chain, estabulished a system of index to eva luate the adaptive ability, derived the related data of each index from the research in practical. Finally, using comprhensive fuzzy eva luation method, the paper eva luated the adaptive ability of shipbuilding agile supply chain of one large-scale shipbuilding enterprise locates in Jiangsu province.
