摘 要
多品种、中小批量混流生产是今后的主流生产方式,其产品组合是混流生产企业生产计划工作所面临的重要问题,其结果为企业产品战略调整、资源能力设计与调整、投资分析、生产计划优化等提供重要的数据支持和决策依据。
本文在深入分析现有产品组合在处理逻辑、所依赖的成本核算理论及决策方法等三方面存在的不足的基础上,针对其不足,提出了基于生产物流平衡的产品组合逻辑模型,并详细阐述其优势、特点及求解步骤。本文以基于生产物流平衡的产品组合逻辑模型为指导,首先研究了基于生产物流平衡的产品组合建模,在产品组合建模研究中,重点研究了中长计划期的产品组合总量建模和短计划期的产品组合建模,并对不同计划期的时间衔接问题进行了分析。然后,在其逻辑模型指导下,针对生产的物流平衡具体实现,提出了生产物流平衡的方法模型,就模型中所涉及的三个关键技术——缓冲设置、批量确定和生产提前期等问题展开了深入的研究。通过上述的方法措施的实现,力求将主生产计划、物料需求计划和生产作业计划集成为一体化计划,尝试一揽子解决各级计划,通过生产物流平衡方法的实施,减少或避免了生产系统能力上的冲突、缩短了各种产品的生产周期,初步实现了产品组合计划与作业计划的协同制定,优化了产品组合,以此达到优化整个生产系统的目的。
为了便于基于生产物流平衡的产品组合决策方法在混流制造企业中的应用,本文针对太仓市绿城包装有限公司目前产品组合决策存在的问题,应用文中所研究的不同计划期内的产品组合决策方法模型和部分生产物流平衡方法对该公司进行了实例分析。详细给出了基于生产物流平衡的产品组合求解过程,并深入产品生产的作业层面主要解决了多产品生产过程中各产品的转运批量、生产周期优化等问题,以此确保多产品的生产实现物流平衡。最后,将其决策结果与企业现有产品组合决策结果进行了对比,证实了基于生产物流平衡的产品组合能获得更大的利润,更有利于各级计划的执行。

Abstract
Multiple-product, medium and small batch production has been the mainstream production mode. Product mix is an unavoidable important question to multiple-product enterprises. The result of PMD have a direct impact on the enterprises product strategy adjustment, resource capacity design, capacity adjustments, investment analysis, production scheduling optimization.
This paper points out primarily the flaws exist in the following three aspects related to the present research of product mix : the processing logic, the cost accounting theory and decision making. On that basis, this paper proposes a logical model that based on the balanced portfolio of production logistics and describes the advantages ,features and the solution steps of the model. Based on the product mix logic model for guidance, the paper researches the product mix model based on production logistics balance, focusing on modeling of the portfolio of total amount products in medium and long term as well as the portfolio of products in short term, and the time linking problem of different plan period is analyzed. Then, according to production logistics balance concrete realization, the method of production logistics balance is developed , and the three key technologies of the model - buffer setup, batch determine and lead time problems are researched in depth .While in the practical implementation, this paper seeks to make master production scheduling, material requirement planning and production work planning into one comprehensive scheduling, trying to find a package measure to complete all the plans in different levels. According to balance the production logistics, reduce or avoid conflicts of the capacity of the production system and shorten the production cycle of each product, the whole production system gets optimized and thus a best product mix scheduling is obtained, which directs the settlement of the corresponding control problem in production level and makes sure that the plans in all level can be finished in schedule, and maximize the corporation’s profits finally.
Finally, the paper makes a empirical research on the production mix of Taicang green town packing Co.LTD. Detailing the solution process of product mix based on production logistics balance is given, and this paper analyzes and solves the problem of the production process control in order to ensure the implementation of production logistics for multiple-product production. Compared the result deriving from the solution process with the present product mix of the enterprises, the paper proves that enterprises can get more profits and can be more conducive to all levels of implementation of the plan for product
mix based on production logistics balance.
