[摘要] 水稻是我国的主要粮食作物,占全国谷物种植面积30%,产量占全国粮食产量40%,南方丘陵地区水稻种植面积约占全国的1/2,但田块小,土地高低不平,一般0.01~0.1公顷/块。南方水稻区地处丘陵地带,田块主要以梯田、烂泥田、不连块、道路窄等为特点,选用小型联合收割机为宜,行走装置采用履带式,以适应水田作业。
本论文是设计4LZ-1200水稻联合收割机的行走机构,以适应南方丘陵稻区水田作业。首先分析行走机构的行走原理,确定与行走机构通过性能有关的整机参数。再分析接地比压和转向能力,增强其防陷、转向能力。然后设计行走轮系结构,根据联合收割机工作特点和系统的构成特点,利用履带传动原理对联合收割机的行走系统进行设计,计算各部件的结构尺寸并进行校核,绘制出详细结构图,并做运动仿真。

Design the traveler of the 4LZ-1200 Rice Combine

[Abstract] Rice is China's main food crops, accounting for 30% of cultivated area of grain production accounted for 40% of the national grain output, the South Hills area of rice cultivation areas across the country about 1 / 2, but the Field small, rugged land, generally 0.01 ~ 0.1 hectares / block. In this paper, it is designed to combine the traveler of 4LZ-1200 Rice Combine in order to adapt to the south hills area of paddy field operations. Re-analysis of ground pressure and steering capabilities, to enhance its anti-depression, steering ability. And then walk round the design structure, in accordance with the work combines the characteristics and composition of the characteristics of the system, the use of crawler drive combines the principle of running the system design, calculation of the structure of the various components and check the size, structure chart to map out in detail, and simulation exercise.
