JKM8318数控凸轮轴靠模磨床导轨设计
凸轮轴靠模磨床是一种高速凸轮轴磨床,其工作原理是利用靠模,与普通机床相比工作稳定性好,操作维护简单,自动化程度较高,这种凸轮轴磨床在国内得到普遍应用。JKM8318数控高速凸轮轴磨床是根据目前市场需要,在原简易数控、三座标凸轮轴磨床基础上改进开发出来的高速、高效数控凸轮轴磨床。采用CBN砂轮磨削,砂轮线速80-120米/秒,有机地将靠模与数控,双循环磨削和CBN砂轮强力磨削两种先进的磨削方式综合,加工效率远远高于普通凸轮磨床,1-2倍工作,稳定性好,操作维护简单,自动化程度较高,在国内具有领先地位,本机床主要适用于汽车、摩托车、内燃机的凸轮轴粗加工和半精磨加工。数控凸轮轴靠模磨床导轨是在油腔通入一定压强油,使导轨面形成有一定厚度的油膜来支撑的原
理来工作的。
