设计总说明
凸轮轴是发动机配气机构的一部分,专门负责驱动气门按时开启和关闭,作用是保证发动机在工作中定时为汽缸吸入新鲜的可燃混合气,并及时将燃烧的废气排出气缸。凸轮轴的加工精度较高,整个加工不可能在一个工序内完成。为了利于逐步的达到加工要求,把整个工艺过程划分为三个阶段:粗加工——半精加工——精加工,以完成不同加工阶段的目的和任务。在齿轮的加工中,最重要同时也是难度最大的是凸轮形面的加工。该形面的加工方法目前主要有车削和磨削两种。凸轮轴的毛胚采用精铸的方法得到,毛胚的精度较高,切削量少,故采用磨削的加工工艺,简化了凸轮形面的加工。JKM8318数控凸轮轴磨床是根据目前市场需要,在原简易数控、三座标凸轮轴磨床基础上改进开发出来的高速、高效数控凸轮轴磨床。采用CBN砂轮磨削,砂轮线速80-120米/秒,有机地将靠模与数控,双循环磨削和CBN砂轮强力磨削两种先进的磨削方式综合,加工效率远远高于普通凸轮磨床,1-2倍工作,稳定性好,操作维护简单,自动化程度较高,在国内具有领先地位,本机床主要适用于汽车、摩托车、内燃机的凸轮轴粗加工和半精磨加工。机床主要特点:采用德国西门子(SIEMENS)802Dsl或华中HNC210B数控系统,控制工作台移动、砂轮架进给、头架主轴旋转、和导轮移动。采用具有我公司自主知识产权的。可选择单CBN砂轮和双CBN砂轮磨削。砂轮架导轨采用“静压卸荷”耐磨贴塑导轨。砂轮修整采用电主轴金刚石滚轮修整。JKM8318运用高速磨削技术,高速磨削与普通磨削相比具有突出的技术优势可大幅度提高磨削效率,减少设备使用台数这大大提高了磨削效率,且明显降低磨削力,提高了零件的加工精度。可以明显降低磨削力,提高零件的加工精度,能实现对硬脆材料(如工程陶瓷及光学玻璃等)。随着高速磨削的应用,对砂轮架的要求也越来越高。CBN高速内置式电主轴砂轮架得到了运用。砂轮架中的高速主轴的具有很高的运动精度,回转误差一般在0.2μm以下,这样既提高了砂轮的使用寿命,又可以达到很高加工精度和很低的表面粗糙度。液体动静压轴承的使用更使得高速主轴得到充分的利用。
