设计总说明
【摘要】:随着工业技术的发展,经济的腾飞,液压技术被应用到各种领域,大到国防建设小到个人生活,液压技术都发挥了极其重要的作用,它已经成为现代人生活和工作中不可或缺的一部分。用液压技术制造各种机械中的零部件、工业用材,具有生产率高、品种多、生成过程连续性强、易于实现机械化和自动化等优点。现今液压技术也越来越受生存者的青睐。目前,我国已经引进了世界上先进的液压技术并在不断的创新中逐步推广、应用和发展。
定梁程控龙门导轨平面磨床(MCW5210*25)属于磨床中的一种,主要应用是金属加工行业。它主要是用砂轮旋转研磨工件以其达到平整度的设备。产品广泛适用于:轻工、航空、船舶、钢结构建筑。
本文主要研究的是液压传动系统,液压传动系统的设计需要与主机的总体设计同时进行。设计时,主要任务是综合运用前面各章的基础知识,学习液压系统的设计步骤、内容和方法。通过学习,能根据工作要求确定液压系统的主要参数、系统原理图,能进行必要的设计计算,合理地选择和确定液压元件,对所设计的液压系统性能进行校验算,为进一步进行液压系统结构设计打下基础。必须从实际情况出发,有机的结合各种传动形式,充分发挥液压传动的优点,力求设计出结构简单、工作可靠、成本低、效率高、操作简单、维修方便的液压传动系统。
本课题设计的龙门磨床液压系统是机械加工制造行业用砂轮外圆磨削钢铁,铸铁及有色金属等各种材料,以及用砂轮端面磨削不高的侧面和割槽的一种普通级平面磨床液压系统,该系统采用较先进的液压技术,要求设备性能良好,以提高其技术水平和作业能力。
液压传动系统采用双泵供油,进油节流调速,能量利用合理,液压缸设有平衡和锁紧措施,工作安全可靠;同时以液压缸为执行元件,夹紧力大,系统进行磨削时工作性能好。

【Abstract】:Along with the development of the technology industry, the rapid development of economy, hydraulic technology has been applied to all kinds of fields, big to national defense construction small to personal life, hydraulic technology plays an extremely important role, it has become a modern life and an integral part of work. At present, our country has introduced the advanced hydraulic technology and in constant innovation and development gradually popularization and application.

It is mainly a rotating grinding workpiece with grinding wheel to its reach flatness equipment. The products are widely used in: light industry, aviation, the ships, the steel structure building.
With the quickening pace of science and technology, hydraulic technology in many fields of a wide range of applications, hydraulic system also become the host of the most important part of the equipment of one. This paper mainly studies the hydraulic transmission system, hydraulic transmission system design need and the host of the overall design simultaneously. In the design, the main task is to comprehensive use of the basic knowledge of front chapters to learn hydraulic system design steps, content and the method. Through the study, according to the job requirements to determine the main parameters of hydraulic system, system diagram, and it can make the necessary design calculation, a reasonable choice and determine the hydraulic components for the design of hydraulic system performance check calculate, further for the hydraulic system structure design to lay the foundation. From actual conditions , organic combine all kinds of transmission form and give full play to the advantages of hydraulic transmission, strive to design a simple structure, reliable operation, high efficiency, low cost, simple operation, convenient maintenance hydraulic drive system.
