河南省经济增长与环境污染—基于EKC理论的实证研究（附开题报告）

摘　要

  本文在综述国内外学者对环境库兹涅茨曲线研究的基础上，选取河南省1991—2010年的经济与环境数据，建立了河南省经济增长与主要污染物排放的计量模型，分析了经济增长与环境指标之间的关系 。实证研究表明，河南省经济增长与环境状况之间并不存在典型的倒“U”曲线，工业废气和工业固废处于倒“U”型的上升阶段，工业废水和工业烟尘表现为“N”型，工业二氧化硫呈现倒“U”型的波浪状。河南省总体上处于工业化中期的加速发展阶段，不断加大环保投入，加强执法力度，改变传统经济增长模式已刻不容缓。

Abstract
  Through reviewing the studies of the environmental Kuznets curve by both　domestic and foreign learners，this article selected the data of economic and environmental from 1991 to 2010 in Henan Province, and made a econometric model about the economic growth and emissions of major pollutants to analyze the relationship between economic growth and environmental indicators.The studies have shown that the typical inverted “U” curve did not respond the relationship between economic growth and environmental conditions in Henan Province. In fact, industrial emissions and industrial solid waste is in the place of the rising phase of the inverted "U" ,industrial waste water and industrial fumes expressed as "N" type, while the industrial sulfur dioxide,showing the inverted "U" wavy. In general ,Henan Province is in the moment of accelerated development of the industrialization. And in this degree , constantly increased input in environmental protection, strengthen law enforcement to change the traditional model of economic growth has become more and more essential.
