摘  要
宽厚钢板在国民经济和国防建设中具有极为重要的地位;然而,在宽厚板起重技术的研究和应用方面,我国还处在起步阶段。为此中国的工程技术人员作出了不懈的努力,中国的宽厚钢板电磁起重技术得到了很大的进步。逐步的满足了一些特大工程项目的需要。基于系统集成的设计思想,工程技术人员对宽厚板起重系统的技术方案进行了较深人研究,并研制了宽厚板电磁起重系统的样机。  宽厚板的特点是大而重。如外形尺寸13000mmx4900mmx50mm的钢板,其重量达25t。一般的钢材吊运,通常采用一个或几个电磁铁进行起重。但对宽厚板而言,需要几十个起重单元协同工作,而不是一堆电磁铁的简单组合,由此给电磁起重系统的设计带来一系列特殊问题,如电磁铁的布局合理性,成组电磁铁的选择与协同工作,需满足不同被吊物的磁力调节,系统安全防护与故障诊断,等等。本人基于系统集成的设计思想,给出了宽厚钢板电磁起重系统的组成原理,介绍了该系统的总体设计与单元设计中的几个关键问题;重点论述了系统总体设计的约束条件、总体布局设计原则及其采取的措施、耐高温专用线性电磁铁的设计思路和电控子系统的工作原理;特别是在电磁起重技术领域引人了精确调磁的概念,并付诸于设计实践中;同时给出了一个总体分布实例及其电磁铁的设计结果。

 


 
 Abstract
The generous steel plate has the extremely important status in the national economy and the national defense development; However, lifts heavy objects technical in the width thick plate the research and the application aspect, our country also occupies the start stage.Made the unremitting endeavor for this China's engineers and technicians, China's generous steel plate electromagnetism have lifted heavy objects the technology to obtain the very big progress.Gradually has met some especially big engineering project needs.Based on the system integration design concept, the engineers and technicians lifted heavy objects the system to the width thick plate the technical plan to carry on the deep person to study, and developed the width thick plate electromagnetism to lift heavy objects the system the prototype.
The wide thick plate characteristic is big and is heavy.If the external dimensions 13000mmx4900mmx50mm steel plate, its weight reaches 25t.The common steel products lift, usually uses or several electro-magnets carries on lifts heavy objects.But speaking of the width thick plate, needs several dozens to lift heavy objects the unit joint operation, but is not a pile of electro-magnet simple combination, from this lifts heavy objects the system to the electromagnetism the design to bring a series of special questions, like the electro-magnet layout rationality, becomes the group electro-magnet the choice and the joint operation, must satisfy differently hangs the magnetic force adjustment, system safety protection and breakdown diagnosis, and so on.
Myself based on the system integration design concept, gave the generous steel plate electromagnetism to lift heavy objects the system the composition principle, introduced in this system system design and unit design several key questions; With emphasis elaborated the measure, the thermostable special-purpose linear electro-magnet design mentality and the electrically controlled subsystem principle of work which the system system design constraint condition, the overall layout principle of design and adopts; Specially lifted heavy objects the area of technology in the electromagnetism to direct the human precise accent magnetism the concept, and put to in the design practice; Simultaneously has given a population distribution example and the electro-magnet design result.
