1摘要

KJ-1型晶体成型机是专门用于生产49/SMD 石英晶体谐振器的智能化设备它可单独使用，连续自动完成晶体和绝缘片的上料，引脚校正，组装，压平和在线检测，合格品次品分检等多道工序的加工也可与KJ-1型晶体浸锡机组成成套设备，自动完成从49S到49S/SMD的全部加工工序。同时可以对整机的全部动作和晶体，绝缘片到位情况进行自动监测，大显问题及时声光报警并在显示器上给出错误信息，必要时自动停机，从而实现自动保护和避免空转。全汉字液晶触摸屏的采用不仅使整机简洁美观，易学易用而且可显示运行状态，工作时间，自动记录成品/次品数量等等。
