毕业设计说明书(论文)中文摘要
本次毕业设计在仔细分析研究当前通用的几种播种机的结构方案的基础上,把握住其发展趋势,力求设计研制出一种符合农艺要求,适合河北地区使用的性价比较高的新型精密播种机。该机可与12-20马力小四轮拖拉机配套使用,适用于各种土壤条件,可以播种棉花、玉米、花生、大豆及小杂粮等,能一次完成刮平、开沟、施肥、浇水、播种、覆土镇压、喷洒除草剂、铺膜及间隔填土压膜等多项作业。为提高穴播质量,该机拟采用地轮滚筒连体舀勺式精量穴播排种器。地轮设计为变径式,且能在轴上定向移动,用来改变穴距和行距,同时开沟器深度可调。本次毕业设计对整机方案进行研究设计,并重点对施肥和洒水系统进行设计计算。施肥系统由肥箱、排肥轴、传动链轮和输肥管等组成。外槽轮式排肥器将肥料送入输肥管,经开沟器进入土壤。洒水系统由水箱、传动链轮、穴灌器、阀门和操作机构等组成。每隔一段距离,穴灌器打开,完成洒水动作。改变施肥系统和洒水系统传动链轮的传动比,可以改变排肥量和洒水的间距。

Abstract
The summary , this graduation project , is on the basis of analysing and researching the structure schemes of present several kinds of precise sowing machines in common use carefully, get hold of its development trend, make every effort to design and develop a kind of complex agronomy to require, new-type accurate seeder with higher price suitable for area of He bei to use. This machine can form a complete set and use in 12-20 horse powers of four small tractors , is suitable for various kinds of soil conditions , can sow the cotton , maize, peanut, soybeans accumulate the young food grains other than rice and wheat to wait, can one is it wipe off , ditch , apply fertilizer , water , seed , cover soil not to suppress , spray weed killer , spread membrane and interval fill out soil pigeonhole such large items of homework as membrane ,etc. to finish. For improving bunch planting quality, this machine plan not adopting connect rounds of cylinder with there aren't body. Ground wheel design for turn foot-path type into, and can orientation move at axle, is it change cave distance and row spacing to used for, at the same time the depth of the ditching device is adjustable. Graduation project this carry on research design by scheme to complete machine, and especially to apply fertilizer and sprinkle water the system not to is it is it calculate to design to go on. Apply fertilizer system by fat case , is it plant axle , drive sprocket and fail fat to is it make up to in charge of etc. to arrange. Fertilizer is it plant by whirling other trough expectation through fail fat to in charge of , enter soil by person who ditch to arrange while being wheeled. The system is made up by water tank , drive sprocket , cave irritating device , the valve and operating organization ,etc. to sprinkle water. Every other section from, cave irritating device turn on, it is for movement not to finish. It change apply fertilizer system it and can't sprinkle water systematic transmission of drive sprocket of than, can change not for quantity and the interval that sprinkle water not fatting.
