YB32-200型四柱液压机适用于工件的压制工艺,如冲裁、弯曲、翻边、薄板拉伸等,也可从事校正、压装、砂轮成型、冷挤金属零件成型、塑料制品及粉末制品的压制成型工艺。
这台液压机由工作部分、机身部分和辅助部分组成。它的工作部分由工作油缸、活动横梁等组成,机身部分由上横梁、工作台和立柱组成,辅助部分包括顶出缸等。工作缸装在上横梁上,活动横梁和工作缸的活塞由螺母连接起来,以立柱为导向上下运动,对制件进行压力加工。液压机由主缸驱动上滑块实现:快速下行→慢速加压→保压延时→快速回程→原位停止的动作循环;由顶出缸实现:向上顶出→向下退回→原位停止的动作循环。
这种液压机有加工工艺简单、整机结构简单、工艺性好等优点。

Title the design of YB32-200 hydraulic machine
abstract
This design of YB32 - 200 which has four pillar is a type of hydraulic machine that is applicable to the workpiece to inhibit a craft, such as hurtling to cut,curve,turning over a side,lamella to pull to stretch and so on,it can also be engaged in correct,press to pack,the emery wheel model,the cold crowded metals spare parts model,inhibit and model craft of the plastics product and the powder product.
That hydraulic machine is constituted the work part,fuselage part and assistance part .Its work part is made up of the work oil urn,activity horizontal beam etc. the fuselage part is made up of ascend horizontal beam,the work pedestal and sign pillar. The assistance part includes an urn etc..The work urn packs up at the horizontal beam ,the activity horizontal beam connects with the piston of the work urn using the nuts,taking the pillar as signing to lead to the top and bottom sports,carrying pressure towards to the process to make a piece. hydraulic machine provide the main power in the mechanical transmission. totally,there is two hydraulic press be installedthe upset slidepart is drived by main hydraulic press,which help to function the following recycle of actions: go forward(high speed) → applying pressure(normal speed) → time delay → backhaul(high speed) → replacement.the second hydraulic press is designed to function another recycle of actions: push downwards → backhaul → halt.
The hydraulic press in this design has the advantages of processing a craft simply and the whole machine structure simple, well craft and so on.
