毕业设计说明书(论文)中文摘要

组合机床是根据工件加工需要,以大量通用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件组成的一种高效专用机床。由于通用部件已经标准化和通用化,可根据需要灵活配置,能缩短设计和制造周期。因此,组合机床兼有低成本和高效率的优点,在大批、大量生产中得到广泛应用,并可用以组成自动生产线。应用组合机床加工大批量零件,快速高效,生产率高,是机械加工的发展方向。本次毕业设计在仔细分析研究当前主要的几种组合机床的结构方案的基础上,把握住其发展趋势,力求设计研制出更加高效低耗的机床。本次设计主要为加工齿轮泵体孔,所以选择卧式双面镗孔组合机床,并在设计中对零件的定位、夹紧、刀具选择、动力箱、主轴箱、动力滑台和被加工件夹具等部件的选择及设计计算加以阐述。

Title  Combination machine tool design for processing the gear-pump holes                                                   
Abstract
Combination machine tool is a kind of high-efficiency appropriation machine tool that was based on the machining needs of the work piece, it takes a great deal of general use parts as the foundation and goes together with a few tied parts. Since the general use parts have already been standardized and all-purposed, we can according to the needs collocate it agile, shorten the design and manufacturing periods. Therefore, the combination machine tool has the advantages of low cost and high-efficiency ,so it gets the extensive application in the large quantities produce and mass-produce, and can be used to constitute the automatic production line. Using the combination machine tool to produce  a great deal of parts, quickly and efficiently, of which the rate of the productivity is high, is the development direction of the machine process. This graduation design is based on the anatomized configuration researches of the present mainly combination machine tools, hold its develop current, try hard to design much more higher efficiently and lower consume machine tolls. This design is mainly for processing the gear-pump holes , so I choose horizontal two sides holes drilling combine machine toll, and in the design I expatiate the choices and the design accounts of the orientation 、clamp、tools choices、drive box、headstock 、dynamical slipway and the tongs of the parts.
