电子商务对企业产生了极大的影响，本文从电子商务的概念，发展，遇到问题以及解决方法等价值角度分析了电子商务对传统企业的采购方式、生产运作方式、营销方式和客户服务等方面所产生的影响。通过对电子商务对传统企业所产生的影响分析，让我们更深刻地认识电子商务的作用，使传统企业和电子商务的优势恰当地结合起来，提升传统企业的综合竞争力。
