张家峁煤矿综采工作面矿压规律研究

摘  要
张家峁煤矿地处神府侏罗纪煤田地方开采区的边界地带,属于浅埋厚煤层。浅埋厚煤层矿井综采面矿压显现在矿井开采初期尤其突出,严重影响工作面的安全生产,因此有必要对张家峁矿15203综采面矿压规律进行研究。
本文以神木张家峁煤矿综采工作面矿压显现为背景,采用工程调查、现场监测数据采集和理论分析等方法。对张家峁矿15203综采面矿压规律进行了研究。
15203综采面现场观测、工程调查和理论分析得出老顶初次来压步距为54m。周期来压步距为15.6m左右;周期来压期间支架平均工作阻力达44.48MPa,非周期来压期间之际平均工作阻力约30.65MPa,来压强烈,持续时间短,工作面中部测区有65%支架安全阀开启,说明支架额定工作阻力富裕系数并不大。顺槽超前支护20m能够满足护巷要求,工作面之间20m护巷煤柱可以满足要求。

Subject:Analyses of the Mine Pressure Law of the Face with Fully Mechanized Coal Mining in Zhangjiamao Coal Mine
           
ABSTRACT
Zhangjiamao coal mine is placed in the boader of Shenfu Jurassic coal field in which thick-shallow coal seam is beared. Mine pressure behavior occours frequently in the initial mining stage which seriously influences the safty in the coal face, thus, it is of great necessity to enforce a research of the mine pressure law of the 15203 fully mechanized coal mining face.
The paper took the mine pressure behavior in the fully mechanized coal mining face of Zhangjiamao mine in Shenmu as the background and adopted engineering investigating、field supervision data collecting、theory analyzing and other method to proceed a research of the mine pressure behavior in the face of Zhangjiamao mine.
According to the field observation、engineering investigation and theory anlysis, the length of the frist weighting interval is 54m. The length of periodical weighting interval is about 15.6m. The average working pressure of the support during the periodical weighting period is 44.48MPa and it is about 33.6 mPa ot during periodical weighting period.The pressure, whcih severely occurs, lasts for a short time. And 65% of the safety valves of the supports become open which suggests that the extra coefficients of rated working pressure of the supports are not very high. The requirement can be met with 20m advancing support of the gate way and 20m thick coal pillar between working faces.
