这次做的这个工程是一个交通便利的小区，小区位于肇庆市星湖大道南侧，背靠大山，前面临湖，是一个风景宜人，交通发达的地方。该项目投资3000万，计划在一年内完工，甲方是进南房地产发展有限公司，是肇庆市最大的本土房地产发展有限公司。
我们招标目的是：最合适的施工单位花最少的钱做高质量工程。
在招标文件里面，你可以知道项目概况，招标的方法，招标的流程，甲方对投标方的资格要求，评标的流程，也会了解到招标过程需要注意的地方。另一方面，投标方需要做的，中标后甲方对投标方的要求，投标的过程等我都会做详细的介绍。最后，一些规范的表格，和一些合同的条款我都会详细介绍到。
本次设计中的清单量可以在招标控制价里面体现，可以再控制价里面查询清单量，所以在招标文件里面不会过多的出现。
招标控制价是我通过广联达算量软件算量接着用博奥计价软件套价算出来的。招标控制价由
招标控制价组成：分部分项工程费，措施项目费，其他项目费。
(1)分部分项工程费。
分部分项工程费应根据招标文件中的分部分项工程量清单项目的特征描述及有关要求，按规定确定综合单价进行计算。综合单价中应包括招标文件中要求投标人承担的风险费用。招标文件提供了暂估单价的材料，按暂估的单价计人综合单价。
（2）措施项目费
措施项目费应按招标文件中提供的措施项目清单确定，措施项目采用分部分项工程综合单价形式进行计价的工程量，应按措施项目清单中的工程量，并按规定确定综合单价；以“项”为单位的方式计介的，按规定确定除规费、税金以外的全部费用。措施项目费中的安全文明施工费应当按照国家或省级、行业建设主管部门的规定标准计价：
（3）其他项目费由暂列金额，计日工，暂估价组成。
