论企业信息与企业管理变革.doc

 摘 要

经济的发展要求企业不断的寻求变革创新，而信息化作为一种先进的管理思想与现代信息技术相结合的应用方式，已逐渐影响到企业的战略发展、组织结构、管理制度、企业文化等等，成为现代企业进行管理变革的基础。虽然企业信息化首先表现为信息技术在企业中的应用，然而，实践清楚地告诉我们：企业信息化不仅是信息技术的应用，而且是更高层次上的管理革命；企业信息化必须和企业管理变革有机结合、同步进行，方能真正实现企业的持续发展。在此主要从企业信息化以及企业管理变革的基础理论入手，利用文献调查等方法，在分析企业当前外部环境的基础上，重点分析了企业信息化与企业管理变革的相互关系，然后以我国企业目前存在的问题出发，提出了确保信息化和管理变革同步发展的建议，使企业在两者的有效融合中，达到提高自身的竞争力的目的。

                         ABSTRACT

 Economic development requires the enterprises have been seeking to change innovation, and information technology takes the application what the advanced management concept combined with the modem information technology，has been gradually affecting the enterprise's strategic development, organizational structure, management systems, corporate culture and so on, to become the modern enterprise to carry on the foundation which the management transforms. Although enterprise information firstly represents the information technology application in enterprises，however, the practice clearly illustrate that:enterprise informationization is not only the application of information technology, but also higher level management innovation ; Enterprise's information must be organically combined with enterprise's management innovation and proceed synchronously, only by this way can the enterprise’s evolution really realized．This article mainly from the enterprise information and enterprise management theory on the basis of the transformation of the, using the methods of literature investigation and analysis on the enterprise based on the current external environment, and analyses the enterprise informationization and enterprise management changes, the relationships and then to our country enterprise the problems at present situation and put forward to ensure that information and management changes synchronous development suggestions, enterprise in both effective integration, to improve their own competitiveness of purpose.
