ABSTRACT
The main content of the paper is to develop car auto-body modeling building model and packaging, according to the theory and method of ergonomics and aerodynamics, which is on the platform of AutoCAD. Discusses a variety of body layout tools (such as an oval eye and hand but it encompasses the interface, etc.) and various regulatory requirements. Describes the completion of the car body's internal assembly (such as seats, steering wheel, instrument panel, hand brake, transmission lever, floor, pedals, etc.) and external styling of assembly process, At last, an ergonomic Verification (front view checking, the driver hands but it encompasses the interface checking, external rear-view mirror checking) and the Movement Check (steering wheel runout calibration) .
