摘要:本文以微合金化元素对Al-Cu-Mg合金常规时效析出相的影响为出发点,分析了Ag,Si,Ge(锗),Cd等元素对合金时效行为的影响,归类为(1)完全改变常规析出相结构,形成新析出相;(2)部分改变常规析出相结构,提高析出相的强化效果;(3)促进析出相析出三种作用。分析了采用微合金化方法提高Al-Cu-Mg合金热强性所存在的问题,并对发展趋势进行了展望。

The effects of microalloying on the ageing behavior of Al-Cu-Mg alloys

Abstract: Based on the influence of microalloying elements on the traditional precipitation phases, the effects of trace addition Ag,Si,Ge(锗),Cd on ageing behavior in Al-Cu-Mg alloys were analyzed in this paper. They were classified as followings(1)to change the structure of traditional precipitation phases completely, resulting to the creation of new phases;(2)to change the structure of traditional precipitation phases partly, improving the strengthening level and (3)to stimulate and accelerate the precipitation processes of traditional phases. The existed deficiencies of microalloying method were discussed in this paper, and the tendency of future development was predicted.
