论秘书如何处理好人际关系
摘 要: 本文针对21世纪以来我国市场经济发展的新形势和现代社会信息化进程加快的趋势对当前秘书工作提出的新要求、新标准,从人际关系的定义、人际关系的一般特点以及人际关系的影响因素出发,从而引申出秘书在实际工作中处理好人际关系的重要意义和秘书人际交往的类型,接下来根据秘书人际交往类型从方向上的划分:上行交往、平行交往和下行交往,重点论述了秘书人员作为领导的参谋和助手应该如何处理与领导的关系,并引用了大量的案例加以分析和讨论;秘书作为联系上下级的中心枢纽,应该如何处理好与同事及职能部门的关系,以建立起良好的交往环境和维护组织的团结;浅谈了秘书作为组织和领导的形象代言人应如何处理好与下级群众的关系,赢得群众对组织的信任和认可。

Abstract: The new situation of china’s maket economy development in the 21st century and the trend of the process of informatization of mordern society has raised new demands and new standards to the secretaries’ work . According to these new situations , the thesis starting from the Interpersonal definition , the general characteristics of human relationships, factors affecting interpersonal, extending the meaning of the thereby, to the importantance of Handle well the interpersonal relationships as an secretary and the types of secretaries’ human communication. Next, the article discuss Secretary how to deal with of interpersonal problems from 3 areas .firstly, secretary as an adviser and assistant should how to get well along with his leader, what’s more ,it cited a number of case to analysis and discuss. secondly , secretary as the link getting in touch with the whole Organization ,should how to deal with the relation with the colleague to establish good interpersonal environment and safeguard the uity. finally, secretary as the spokeman of the leader and the Organization, should how to handle the human relation with the masses , Making organizations to win trust and support from the masses.
