【摘要】近年来企业间强强联合的势头空前迅猛,相当多的公司认识到了企业并购行为的价值,并获得了成功,但其中也不乏失败的例子。本文通过观察汇源,德隆两公司并购的案例,从中找到了导致企业并购失败的重要原因:人力资源整合不当。并且深入分析了人力资源整合过程中的存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了人才留任,人才培养及企业文化的再造三个解决办法。

【Summary】The season economy since has marched into the new millennium, presents the power-and-power union unprecedented swift and violent trend of development. Now, had quite many companies to realize the enterprise merger and acquisition behavior value. This article collects the source through the observation, the German prosperous two company merger and acquisition case, found has caused the enterprise merger and acquisition defeat the important reason: The human resources conformity improper.
