摘 要

随着信息与计算机技术的不断提高以及当前中国经济的飞速发展,信息技术改变了传统企业的运作方式,为了适应21世纪市场竞争的需要,以信息化为基础的供应链管理成为了企业获得竞争优势的重大变革。信息技术改变了企业组织结构、改变了企业的业务流程、改变了企业营销模式、改变了企业文化。供应链管理系统是企业信息化的重要体现。而仓储管理系统是供应链管理的重要组成部分,仓储管理系统将实时控制、任务管理和绩效管理结合起来,提高了企业的投资回报率,使客户从真正意义上实现精确库存控制和集成的物流系统,并提高客户服务质量和仓库劳动生产率。设计一个仓储管理系统,对设计一个好的供应链管理系统,存在重要的意义。
为了满足社会对现代化管理人材的需求,大部分高校开设了与物流及供应链管理相关的课程,但现在具体的教学中,课程的学习与企业实际应用有一定的脱钩。目前,国内物流及供应链管理方面的软件相对不多,而体现教学需要的教学平台则少之又少,为了让学生能更好的掌握应用供应链和物流管理的思想,开发一个好的相关教学实验软件是当务之急。
首先阐述了物流及供应链管理中仓储管理系统的实际应用以及在教学实验中的意义、发展现状与趋势,在课题研发中主要的研究工作;接着对仓储管理系统进行了需求分析,介绍了仓储系统中的数据流和业务流,确定了包括入库管理、在库管理、出库管理、管理员模块、仓管员模块、统计分析、出错处理等系统模块,并融合了打印、图示等显示功能;然后,经过对当前主流开发工具的分析,使用Microsoft公司的SQL server 2000和Borland公司的JBuilder 2006 Enterprise等开发工具采用面向对象的程序设计方法进行系统的程序设计;接着,对系统数据库设计进行详细的描述,再重点介绍了系统功能模块的设计与实现;最后综合概括了系统所实现的功能,分析了系统的特点, 并对系统有待改进之处进行了总结。
