摘 要

当今这个信息的高速发展时代,企业面临着这样一个矛盾。一方面,任何一个企业的目标是追求尽可能大的利润,希望尽可能快的资金流动,都不希望有任何形式的库存;另一方面,又要保证生产的连续性与持续性,确保生产供应稳定尽可能不受外界的波动影响,企业界希望自己拥有充足的原料物料,设备机器,零件备品的储备来抵抗外界的变化,甚至奇货可居。如何权衡这两者,如何达到两者最佳的配合,如何降低库存成本,如何合理科学的这将直接关系到企业生产能否顺利进行,从长远看关系到企业的生存与发展。由此看来,如何进行有效库存管理显得尤其重要了。随着时代发展,物资资源,原材料也更加丰富,而企业所用的种类也更加丰富多彩。本文从库存的概念出发,介绍了库存是服务性供应链的主要组成部分,通过对库存进行控制管理以降低整个公司的成本。而库存管理就显得有为重要了。对于企业的生产稳定在,流动资金的占有有巨大影响。库存管理就是为了满足客户需求或支持服务或产品的提供而进行的物料存储的管理。本文以沈阳煤业(集团)国源物流有限公司为例,从其业务入手分析了该公司的优势,最后从其公司的问题进行分析。不难了解到现有的库存管理存在着库存策略简单化,库存空间浪费化,员工素质水平过低等一系列相关问题。并且从问题出发找到相关的改进方案。希望能够在不断的改进中降低企业库存成本,使库存管理能够在企业发展中有着浓墨重彩的一笔。
