中国加入WTO以后，融入了世界经济一体化，对国内企业带来更多的机遇的同时，也带来了更激烈的市场竞争，不少企业增强竞争能力，在采购上已经找到准确采用国际上比较成熟的JIT采购方法来降低采购成本，增加获利能力。超市实行JIT采购模式将会减少库存从而提高它的竞争能力，它是超市达到管理化模式必不可少一部分。本文简要说明了采购在超市的重要地位。提出了 JIT采购在超市生机盎然采购中的应用，构建了JIT采购供应超市化管理模式。
