摘要:企业战略联盟是企业在合作竞争机制下产生的新的企业组织形式,“战略缺口”和“中间组织”理论是企业组建战略联盟的理论基础。战略联盟在20世纪80年代以来,由于其在技术、制度和组织等方面的强大竞争优势而得以长足发展。为降低战略联盟的失败率,从联盟伙伴的选择、联盟组织机构设立以及联盟的文化整合等几个方面加强联盟管理是非常必要的。基于对联盟的作用机理分析,认为战略联盟对促进我国经济的发展具有十分重要的意义。

The Competitive Advantage and Management of Enterprises' Stratagem Alliance
Abstract: Enterprises' Stratagem Alliance is a newly emerging organizational mode of enterprises under the cooperative competition mechanism. And the theoretic fundament of the organization and establishment of it by enterprises is "Strategic-Gap Theory” and "Inter-organization Theory". Since 1980s, stratagem alliance, with the help of its overwhelmingly competitive advantages, has been able to develop continuously for a long time. For the purpose of reducing the failure rate of stratagem alliance, it is of great necessity to enhance its management in terms of choosing alliance partners and establishing alliance organization or institutes and alliance-related cultural integration and etc. Based on the analysis of the operational mechanism of such an alliance, I deem that stratagem alliance is of great significance in promoting the economic development of our nation.
