【中文摘要】共同犯罪，是指二人以上在共同犯罪故意的支配下，共同实施的具有内在联系的危害行为。共同犯罪的实行行为不同于单独犯罪的实行行为，它在客观上要求犯罪行为要基于共同故意之上，并且不能超出共同故意的范围。在共同犯罪中，既可能有多个行为人只有一部分实施具体的犯罪实行行为，也可能是都实施具体犯罪的实行行为。共同犯罪中由二人以上共同实行犯罪实行行为情况，为共同实行行为；当共同犯罪行为表现为共同实行行为的情形下，每一行为人都在客观上实施了部分实行行为。共同犯罪实行行为的复杂性表现在它的形式的多样性和种类的重叠性，对共同犯罪实行行为进行分类是研究共同犯罪实行行为一个重要方面。共同犯罪实行行为的复杂性还表现在有很多不构成实行行为的情况，对共同犯罪的实行行为进行鉴定是司法实践的一个重要问题。
