摘 要
本文介绍了由可编程序控制器(简称PLC)控制的打包带热处理过程控制系统。它以西门子系列PLC中的S7-300为控制器,利用PLC软件编程来控制打包带的整个生产过程。本设计解决了生产过程中出现的断带且提高了钢带的韧性等。首先介绍了一下生产过程中a主要设备的作用及过程中所要解决的一些问题,然后是中低强度打包带系统的研究,介绍了生产工艺流程和热处理工艺,接着是中低强度打包带控制系统的设计,简单介绍了PLC的发展和特点以及PLC在生产中的具体设计原则,在确定了控制系统的检测点后,详细介绍了西门子S7-300的系统特性和硬件构成,让我们更为完整的了解了可编程控制器。最后是系统的部分软件设计,画出了系统炉温控制程序流程图后,对控制系统的软件进行了编程,接下来介绍了PLC控制柜的组装、布线及调试。从各部分研究了设计之后,绘出可编程序控制器控制系统的电路图,确定可编程序控制器控制系统的硬件设计,继而建立流程图,再根据流程图编写出程序,整体上完成设计。

Abstract
This article introduced (i.e. PLC) controls by the programmable controller hits the bandage heat treatment process control system. West of it in family household series PLC S7-300 is a controller, controls using the PLC software programming knits the bandage the entire production process. This design solved in the production process to appear breaks the belt also enhanced the steel belt toughly and so on. First introduced in the production process main equipment function and the process needs to solve some questions, then are the low intensity hit the bandage system the research, introduced the production technical process and the heat treatment craft, then are the low intensity hit the bandage control system the design, introduced simply the PLC development and the characteristic as well as PLC in the production concrete principle of design, after had determined the control system check point, introduced in detail the Siemens S7-300 system performance and the hardware constitution, let we more complete understanding programmable controller. Finally is the system partial software design, after has drawn the system furnace temperature control procedure flow chart, has carried on the programming to the control system software, met down introduced the PLC control cubicle assembly principle, the wiring and the debugging. Has studied the design after various parts, draws the programmable controller control system the circuit diagram, determined the programmable controller control system the hardware design, subsequently establishes the flow chart, again compiles the procedure according to the flow chart, and in the whole completes the design.
