PLC用于皮带运输机的集中控制设计

摘要:针对中小型皮带运输机的控制系统采用继电器控制，存在可靠性差、劳动强度大、生产效率低的问题，开发一种基于PLC的皮带运输机控制装置。本控制系统选用CPM2A系列PLC作为控制器。在硬件电路设计中，完成PLC选型及外部低压电器的选用，设计了硬件接线图，提出了接线要求，使之具有控制和保护作用。在软件设计中，给出了程序流程图，并设计出梯形图程序。将硬件和软件有机结合，使控制系统运行可靠，达到了预期的设计目的。

PLC for the centralized control of belt conveyor design

Abstract:The control system for small and medium belts transports used relays control, the existence of poor reliability, labor-intensive, low production efficiency, the development of a Plc-based control devices. The control system chosen CPM2A series Plc as controller. In hardware circuit design, complete Plc models and the use of external low voltage electrical design of the hardware, wiring, wiring demands made, so that it has control and protection role. In software design, providing a flowchart procedures, and design Tixingtu procedures. Hardware and software will be integrated to control system operation reliable and attained the desired design objectives.
