浅谈我国公共政策存在的问题及创新
摘 要
二十一世纪的中国取得的巨大成就举世公认，同时我国当前的国内形势也较为严峻，尤其是利益冲突、贫富差距大、城乡失衡、地区发展不平衡等问题比较严重。因此，构建和谐社会是当务之急。本文阐述了和谐社会的基本内涵和公共政策的作用，阐明了我国现阶段构建和谐社会的利益矛盾与解决之道。针对当前存在的问题提出了构建和谐社会的公共政策创新。

Abstract: the twenty-first Century China great achievements widely recognized, at the same time, China's current domestic situation will be more grim, especially the conflict of interest, the gap between rich and poor, the imbalance of regional development imbalance between urban and rural areas, such as a more serious problem. Therefore, the construction of a harmonious society is a pressing matter of the moment.
