摘要 目的:初步探讨原钒酸钠对离体大鼠乳头肌张力变化的作用及其机制。
方法:①正常Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组,原钒酸钠组,原钒酸钠+普奈洛尔组,原钒酸钠+去甲肾上腺素组,原钒酸钠+维拉帕米组。②取大鼠乳头肌放入恒温平滑肌槽中连于张力换能器,观察原钒酸钠等各组对乳头肌收缩力的影响。结果:①原钒酸钠可增强大鼠乳头肌张力;②去甲肾上腺素可以增加心肌乳头肌收缩张力。原钒酸钠对去甲肾上腺素的这一作用具有协同作用;③当用普奈洛尔阻断心肌β受体后,原钒酸钠增加乳头肌张力的作用消失。结论:原钒酸钠可增强大鼠乳头肌张力,此作用与β受体有关,但与L-型钙通道无关。

Abstract Objective: primarily investigate the effect and mechanism of sodium orthvanadate to papillary muscle of rat in vitro . Methods: papillary muscle were taken from rat. Then incubated in tynol solution consisting of homeothermia smooth muscle sink,which was hanged under the muscular tension sensor , observing the pharmacology effects the drugs such as sodium orthvanadate ect.to the contractility force of papillary muscle Results:①the contractivity force of papillary muscle can be improved by sodium orthvanadate;②noradrenaline can also increased the contractility force of papillary muscle,which can be symphosized by sodium orthvanadate.;③ The effect of sodium orthvanadate to the tension of papillary muscle disappeared when the β-receptor was blocked by propranolol. Conclusion: The tension of papillary muscle of rat can be improved by sodium orthvanadate. which is related the β-receptor . but has no relation to L-type calcium channel .
