摘 要
随着社会经济的飞速发展,人们对物质生活的追求也越来越高,汽车已逐渐走进了人们的生活。然而各大城市近年来人口越来越密集,人均占有土地面积也急剧减少,特别是目前的一些小区,私家车越来越多,再加上小区开发商设计的停车位有限,致使停车成为又一难题。
立体停车库因占地面积少,采取多层存放,能够充分利用立体空间,由于立体停车库大幅度提高了存车空间的利用率,所以建造立体钢结构停车库可能就是解决停车位不足的可靠的途径之一。
本文简要介绍了各类立体停车库的结构和特点,和立体车库的发展概况,并对立体停车库的设计要点进行了简要的说明。本文以两层升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,重点介绍了立体车库升降系统和传动系统的设计。
升降系统包括卷筒缠绕钢丝绳牵引载车台的升降,传动系统包括以电动机为动力源,通过减速器,然后经过链轮传动带动卷筒,使钢丝绳在其缠绕。
设计重点内容包括升降系统和传动系统的结构设计,材料的选择,制造方法。其中包括升降载车台的设计,钢丝绳、滚筒、电动机和减速器的选择和校核,以及电动机与滚筒之间链传动的详细设计等。
通过设计,可以得出一套结构紧凑,经济适用的立体车库,以有效的解决目前遇到的停车难的问题。
Abstract
With the rapid socio-economic development, people's material life, the pursuit of increasingly high, car has gradually entered the people's lives. However, in recent years, increasing population density in major cities, per capita land area has decreased sharply, especially in some of the current cell, an increasing number of private cars, coupled with residential developers to design the limited parking spaces, resulting in a further parking a problem.
Parking area for less, a multi-tier storage, can make full use of three-dimensional space, because parking has substantially increased the deposit car space utilization, so three-dimensional steel construction garage parking spaces may be inadequate to solve the reliable one of the ways.
This paper introduces the various types of parking structures and characteristics, and overview the development of parking, and parking design elements were briefly. In this paper, a two-tier parking lifting and transferring object of study, focuses on parking lifting mechanism and drive system design.
Lifting system including the traction rope reel winding down of loading stations, transmission system including the motor as power source, through the reducer, and then driven through the roller chain drive is in its winding rope. Design highlights include the lifting system and the transmission of structural design, material selection, manufacturing methods. These include lifting the design of loading platform, rope, rollers, motor and reducer selection and verification, as well as motor and roller chain drive between the detailed design.
By design, we can draw a set of compact, affordable stereo garage, in order to effectively solve the difficult problem encountered in parking.
