摘要
视频监控系统是安全防范技术体系中一个重要的组成部分。目前这种系统的应用在我国发展极快，市场竞争激烈。一般，视频监控系统主要由四部分组成：图像信息采集；信号传输；遥控切换控制和显示记录设备。随着计算机技术的高速发展，整个系统的向着数字化，网络化，集成化的方向发展。本文主要以环境监控为例，论述一般视频监监控系统的工作原理和设计方法，以及介绍这种技术的最新发展趋势。

ABSTRACT
The monitoring system of the video is an important part in the technological system of safe precaution. The application of this kind of system is developed extremely fast in our country at present, and the market competition is fierce. General, video control system made up of four parts mainly: Picture information gathering; the signal is transmitted; Switch over and control; showing and recording equipment remotely. With computer high-speed development of technology, a whole system towards Digitalization, Networking, Integration's direction is developed. This thesis takes environmental monitoring as an example mainly, expound the fact that the general video supervises operation principle and design method of the monitoring system, and introduce the newest development trend of this kind of technology.
