论我国证券报道的发展

　　
　　［摘　要］上个世纪90年代后，我国在上海、深圳相继成立了两家证券交易所，开始公开发行股票。证券市场随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善而飞速发展，证券活动正日益渗透到人民的生活中。证券报道在传递证券市场信息时对受众的投资行为起着举足轻重的作用，它已成为人民每天的“精神食粮”。为此证券报道的发展前景成为各行各业所关注的焦点。当前，我国证券报道的选材不当、深度不够、报道证券信息不准确，不及时、误导投资者等现状已不能适应证券市场的发展需求，本文通过分析我国证券报道的现状，提出应对的措施，总结经验，勇于创新，为我国证券报道的发展提供一个借鉴。

　　　Abstract: After 1990’s, two Stock Exchanges in Shanghai and Shenzhen were established respectively and began to issue. Stock Exchanges develop rapidly with the continuously improvement of market economy of socialism in our country. Securities’ activities have been coming into people’s life. Securities report plays an important role in the Stock Exchanges’ information transmitting to the investment behaviour of public and it has become people’s daily “spiritual food”. Thus , the  prospect of securities report in china becomes the spotlight of every walk of life. At present, securities report in our country can’t select material appropriately and profoundly. Besides, the information about securities can’t be accurately reported in time and has the status of misleading. All these can’t adapt to the development demand of Stock Exchanges. So my thesis here is to try to put forward relevant measures , sum up experience and make bold innovation so as to offer a reference for our securities report’s development.
