摘要:
随着民营企业“一次创业”的基本完成,企业“二次创业”时代来临。在“二次创业”中,民营企业要特别重视企业文化建设。企业文化是企业持续发展的动力,是使企业保持较强市场竞争力的保证。民营中小企业在企业文化建设中存在很多问题,主要表现为:企业文化家族色彩浓重、具有鲜明的老板意志、企业文化缺乏个性、流于形式等。基于对以上问题的分析,本文提出了民营中小企业进行文化建设的具体措施:加强对企业文化建设地位、目标、内容等的认识,变革家族血缘文化,提升企业家素质,塑造企业家文化等。最后,文章给出了四种可供选择的企业文化建设类型。

Abstract: With the basic completion of “the first –time undertaking” for private enterprises,the age for "the second –time undertaking” is approaching.In "the second-time undertaking", the enterprise cultural construction is paid special attention to by private enterprises.The enterprise culture is the driving force for sustaining its development and guarantteeing its relatively strong market competiveness.There exist many problems in the enterprise cultural construction in middle and small companies: family-coloured enterprise culture, owner's will in a dominant place, lack of individuality, formality, etc.Based on an analysis of the above problems, this paper offers some suggestions concerning detailed measurements for middle and small companies’ cultural construction: strengthening the awareness of the cultural construction’s status, aim and content, reforming the family culture, promoting enterprisers’ quality and reshaping the culture.At last, the paper proposes four optional types for enterprise cultural construction.
