实行电子化的工资管理，可以让人力资源管理人员从繁重琐碎的案头工作解脱出来，去完成更重要的工作。工资管理信息系统的实现可以减轻比较繁琐的手工工资管理。
教师工资管理系统对学校加强教师的工资管理有着极其重要的作用，就一般大型企业来说，它的设计内容非常复杂而且繁多，比如拥有工资计算功能，工资统计功能，报表输出功能，而且设计的模块也很多，比如工资管理模块，工资统计模块，报表设计模块，打印输出模块等，因此设计一个针对佳大教师的工资管理系统特别有意义，并且是现行的财务管理软件代替不了的。
本文详细介绍了佳大教师工资管理的系统的基本功能，具体的系统设计及实现。采用Windows为操作平台，选用的开发工具与语言: Interbase运行数据库，Delphi7.0 用来开发客户端软件。
此软件可进一步优化佳木斯大学对教师工资的管理，使其更加系统化，规范化和自动化。这样可以大大提高佳木斯大学教师工资管理的工作效率。
