摘 要

目前随着电力电子技术的飞速发展,采用有源电力滤波器动态抑制谐波成为重要的发展方向,它能克服传统LC滤波器的缺陷。在我国有源电力滤波器的研究和开发正处于起始阶段,至今还没有大容量的有源电力滤波器的成熟产品问世,因此进行有源电力滤波器的研究和开发工作有着非常重要的意义。
本文对有源电力滤波器的关键环节——主电路参数计算、谐波电流检测和方法进行了分析。重点是对谐波检测的几种方法进行比较分析,提出了将神经网络与基于噪声对消原理的自适应谐波电流监测方法相结合,应用神经网络检测快的特点,构成神经网络谐波检测方法,用于检测总谐波电流。
同时,提出利用径向基函数具有运算量小、收敛快、无局部极小值等优点,应用径向基函数神经网络,代替传统的BP神经网络,构成一种新型的谐波检测方法——基于径向基函数神经网络的谐波电流监测方法。分析了这种谐波检测法的滤波原理,径向基函数神经网络的结构和权值调整的算法。
通过本文的研究工作,对有源电力滤波器实验系统的开发起到了一定的指导和参考作用。

Abstract

Recently,with the quickly development of power electronic technology,Active power Filter(APF) is being an important way to eliminate harmonic dynamically. in china,the studies and exploitations in APF are at its beginning stage,and large capacity mature products have not been coming out yet,so the studies in APF have important significance.
In this paper,we analyze the keys of APF-----calculating the parameter of main circuit,harmonic current detecting and current tracking controlling. Neural network(NN) have the characteristic of detecting quickly,the emphasis is bring forward combining the neural network and auto adaptive harmonic current detecting based on the principle of noise each other eliminating----the detecting method of neural network,it is applied detecting the total harmonic current.
At the same time,because of Redial Basis Function is (RBF)characteristics----small calculative quantity,fast convergence,without local minimal point,we apply RBF neural network to replace the traditional Basis Propagation neural network,consisting assort of new method for harmonic detecting----RBFNN is harmonic current detecting,and analyzing its principle of filter,the structure of RBFNN and the arithmetic of adjective weights.
The studies in this paper have some guidance and references on the exploitation of the active power filter experimental system.
